Personal Training

Take your fitness to the next level with one-on-one sessions. The most important aspect of my personal training is collaborative programming. You and I will work together to find what aspects of fitness you enjoy so we can create a program that you will stick to.

Through measurable growth metrics, I will consistently check-in on your fitness progress over the course of weeks and months. With all my attention on you, I will know your limits in order to push you past them. Personal training is an investment—a small investment with a lifetime return of a healthy lifestyle personally tailored to you.

GROUP CLASSES

My classes are usually one-hour sessions of high intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, cardio, and recovery. We kickstart your heart rate in order to burn more fat in less time.

By keeping class sizes small, I focus on each and every client within the allotted time. You won’t get away with slacking off in my gym. Unlike group classes in larger gyms or fitness centers, my group session is more personalized.
