My intention is to establish long-term relationships with clients in order to promote overall wellness in the lives of every person I train. By personally getting to know you, I hope to learn your comfort levels and push you beyond them in order to
increase your level of confidence.

By joining the Newby Fitness Team, I will be the first to tell you that you are joining a community.

Within that one hour spent with me—between sweating, gasping for air, and pushing yourself beyond your limits—you choose to prioritize your needs bef
ore anybody else's. In doing so, you find yourself enhancing your lifestyle—you will be more present, more centered, and more focused during the other twenty-three hours of the day. Every good leader has a team or advisors to help accomplish their mission or goals. So why not have a trainer help you accomplish yours?

ATMOSPHERE

I believe that fitness should be fun. If you are putting aside time to work on yourself, it should not feel like a chore, but an outlet.
To
optimize your mindset towards fitness, we change your thought patterns in the gym, so you have a positive attitude out of the gym. We turn up the music, we dance, we pick on each other, we playfully compete, and we push each other.
