BOXING

Boxing is a great form of cardiovascular strength training. Boxing will work your mind as much as your body. I will lead you through rounds of different punches, combos, and footwork. Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate boxer, my boxing sessions underscore the fundamentals of boxing while challenging you at the level you’re at.

We focus heavily on coordination, discipline, and agility. By slowly building upon skills such as combos (pad work), agility exercises (ladders), and core strength, my full-body boxing sessions transform you into an athlete. 

RECOVERY

The most overlooked and most important aspect of fitness is recovery. In order to keep pushing ourselves, we must take care of ourselves.

Active Recovery: This recovery helps with the build up of blood lactate in the body which results in muscle contraction. We focus on active stretching through warm-ups/cool downs, focused movement, and flexibility.
Passive Recovery: If you tell me you are stiff, we will focus on exactly that. In passive recovery sessions, I stretch out different muscle groups in your body on a mat and discuss stretches you can do on your own.

HIIT

HIIT is versatile to every fitness level. Each client (no matter their level of fitness) can do my classes and tailor the exercises to their capabilities.

HIIT workouts are a well-rounded physical activity program that includes both aerobic training and strength training. By working different parts of the body within one session or focusing on certain major muscle groups, we are able to maintain a fast-paced and energetic rhythm throughout the session.
